Plans, trial, payment and invoices

The trial

Fourteen days, no card, everything switched on, with sample data. A banner counts the days; when the trial ends you have a week to choose a plan before the company is paused (nothing is deleted).

Choosing and paying

1. Settings → Plan & billing: compare plans monthly or yearly and pick one.
2. Pay by card through PayHere (you are taken to their secure page and back) or by bank transfer against the invoice shown; the plan activates when the payment lands.
3. Upgrades take effect at once and carry over the unused days of your current plan. Cancel at the end of a period from the same screen.

Invoices

Every invoice is listed under Plan & billing and can be printed. Plan limits (registers, stores, users) are shown on the same screen; when you reach one, the product tells you and links to the upgrade.
